As Koyash, we aim to offer you a pleasant shopping experience by prioritizing customer satisfaction. If you want to return our products, we accept returns within 14 days under the following conditions.
Note: Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Returns can only be made in cases such as damage or manufacturing errors caused by us.
Return Conditions:
• 14-Day Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you. Unfortunately, requests exceeding this period are not accepted.
• Hygiene Conditions: Since our jewelry is for personal use, returns of products that have been used, worn or have become unhygienic are not accepted.
• Damaged or Defective Products: In the event that the product is damaged or defective, the necessary examination is carried out after the product reaches us and the return is carried out if approved.
• Original Packaging: In order for the products to be returned, they must be sent in their original packaging and completely.

1. Creating a Return Request: Contact us about the product you want to return. Once your request is approved, our return address will be sent to you.
2. Shipping by Cargo: Ship the product safely to our return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of our customer, unless the product is damaged or defective.
3. Return Approval and Refund: After the product reaches us, the necessary inspection is carried out and if it complies with the return conditions, your refund will be completed as soon as possible. Shipping fees and additional expenses, if any, are not included in the refund for returned products.
